What are the Respiratory Health Awards?
The Respiratory Health Awards are given by the ATS Awards Committee in recognition of individuals who have made outstanding contributions to respiratory, critical care, and sleep medicine through research, clinical care, education or public service. The Respiratory Health Awards will be presented at several events during the ATS conference. Please go to Events > View by Type > Respiratory Health Awards for details.

What Respiratory Health Awards are given out on Saturday?
The Jo Rae Wright Award for Outstanding Science, World Lung Health and Public Service Awards will be presented during the Opening Ceremony on Saturday, May 19, 4:30 - 5:30 p.m., in the San Diego Convention Center, Hall H (Ground Level).

The Amberson Lecture, Trudeau Medal and Distinguished Achievement Awards will be presented during the Awards Session on Sunday, May 20, 4:30 - 5:45 p.m., in the San Diego Convention Center, Hall H (Ground Level).

Recognition for Scientific Accomplishments Awards will be given out on Monday, May 22, 2:15-4:15 p.m., in the San Diego Convention Center, Room 32A-B (Upper Level) .

The Outstanding Educator, Research Innovation and Translation Achievement, and Outstanding Clinician Awards will be presented during the Plenary Session on Tuesday, May 22, 11:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m., in the San Diego Convention Center, Room 6 A (Upper Level)

Do I need a ticket to get into any of the Respiratory Health Awards?
No, but badges must be worn at all times
