Opening the obstructed airway during sleep has involved mandibular advancement devices for over 30 years, but the diagnosing physician has not been able to know if using a device will reliably resolve the obstructed airway. Yet, patients prefer oral devices overwhelmingly in favor of PAP. Dental device therapy has been Trial-and-Error based until now - invest resources into making a custom device and titrate the jaw position until it either works or it doesn't. This session will show how using a tablet controlled remote positioner can remove this uncertainty and achieve more precision in obstructed airway therapy.
