Onsite Conflict of Interest (COI) Disclosure. What is the process for the onsite faculty disclosure for my presentation?

For most CME-accredited sessions, the mandatory "disclosure slide" is now produced automatically through the online Disclosure Form submission process as part of the PowerPoint upload at Speaker Ready Room, and displayed automatically at the start of the presentation. **Exception: presenters for Sunrise, Meet the Professor, Thematic Seminar series, Medical Education Seminars and Faculty Development Seminars must personally prepare and show a disclosure slide at start of presentation, since they personally bring their talk to meeting room. Instructions have been sent to all faculty in CME-accredited sessions and are at http://conference.thoracic.org/speakers/speaker-forms-help.php. Faculty that must personally prepare a slide can use “Faculty Disclosure Slide Templates” at http://conference.thoracic.org/speakers/index.php.
