Are children allowed in the Exhibit Hall?

Children under 12 are not allowed in the Exhibit Hall at any time. Strollers are not allowed in the Exhibit Hall at any time.

I am an exhibitor, when can I access the Exhibit Hall?

Exhibitors can access the hall 2 hours before it opens and up to 1 hour after it closes

A person must be registered for the conference in order to be in the Exhibit Hall.

Can an Exhibitor get a refund for unclaimed badges?

Yes, we do issue refunds for over the allotment badges to Exhibitors.
