Can I take pictures or tape conference presentations or posters?

The use of cameras and audio recording equipment (including, but not limited to, cellular phones, film, digital, and video) is prohibited in the Exhibit Hall. Photographs may be taken during sessions or poster presentations, provided that the photographs are strictly for personal, noncommercial use and are not to be published in any form. Attendees are prohibited from using flash photography or otherwise distracting the presenters or members of the audience. Live streaming and the use of video-audio equipment to record sessions or poster presentations is prohibited. Conference attendees cannot share pictures and information from sessions or poster presentations on their social media accounts unless they have permission from the presenter.
