Is there a deadline to upload?

No, there is no deadline. If the presenting author would like to upload his/her poster the day before or even the day of, he/she may do so. The ePoster can be uploaded prior to the Conference or onsite in the Speaker Ready Room at the San Diego Convention Center, Room 24 A (Upper Level).

When do the ePosters become available to conference registrants?

ePosters will become available according to his/her scheduled session. For example,if he/she is scheduled to present Monday, the poster will become available Monday and remain available throughout the conference.
