Sarcoidosis is a complex disease with heterogeneous clinical presentations, outcomes and limited treatments. This session will discuss research and clinical application of advanced therapies in sarcoidosis (infliximab, adalimumab, actar gel, mycophenolate mofetil) and how they may be beneficial in different clinical phenotypes of sarcoidosis. The learner will emerge with an understanding of the evidence for and the advantages of advanced therapies for sarcoidosis, and how they can be applied in clinical practice.
