This session will focus on important clinical features of chronic HP including how it differs from acute HP. We will discuss the difficulty of making the diagnosis and the approach to differentiation from other fibrotic interstitial lung diseases. We will discuss disease course and prognostic features, and treatment reviewing recent evidence regarding the use of alternative immune suppression.
