Interstitial lung disease (ILD) is one of the most serious pulmonary complications associated with connective tissue diseases (CTDs), resulting in significant morbidity and mortality. The complexity of CTD and associated ILD warrants expertise from multiple areas of medicine including Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Radiology and Pathology. Implementation of a multidisciplinary program would improve the current standards of care for CTD- ILDwe will provide examples of multidisciplinary approach in cases of CTD-ILD, reviewing clinical and radiographic features and correlation with serological biomarkers.
