With the obesity pandemic, there is increasing interest in the care of these patients. While OSA has received some attention, less focus has been placed on obesity hypoventilation syndrome and its potential impact. This session will be interactive with the audience presenting controversial cases to generate discussion among experienced clinicians. Review of the relevant literature will be provided.
