This session will summarize the current evidence for the comprehensive evaluation and management of patients with myositis-associated interstitial lung disease (MA-ILD) using several real-life clinical cases. Those clinical vignettes will highlight the challenges faced by clinicians and allow discussion of practical strategies for the care of patients with MA-ILD. The diagnostic approach and the evidence for pharmacologic therapies for MA-ILD will be reviewed.
